3️⃣ Attendance Rules

• Check-in/out only within college premises (geofence restriction)
• Late arrivals are automatically marked based on grace period
• Falsifying attendance records is a serious violation
• Selfie photos must be clear and appropriate

4️⃣ Leave Management

• Submit leave requests through the system
• Approval depends on leave balance and supervisor discretion
• Emergency leave must be reported within 24 hours
• False leave claims may result in disciplinary action

5️⃣ Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Accessing unauthorized data
• Using automated scripts to manipulate attendance
• Sharing sensitive college data with unauthorized parties

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
